Purpose of the work: to study the dynamics of hemostasis parameters against the background of non-drug correction of menopausal disorders in women with metabolic syndrome.

Material and methods. 330 women aged 45–50 years with menopausal disorders during the menopausal transition and metabolic syndrome were ranked into five groups. In group I, basic treatment, physical therapy, balneotherapy, taking multivitamins and minerals, as well as physiotherapeutic factors (vibrotherapy, chromotherapy, melotherapy, aromatherapy, aeroionotherapy) were used. In group II, chromotherapy was excluded from the listed methods, in group III - vibration therapy, in group IV physiotherapy was not used, in group V only basic treatment was used.

Results. After 6 months of using all treatment complexes with physiotherapy, patients with mild climacteric syndrome showed a significant increase in the level of international normalized ratio (INR) by 4.0–5.0%, regression of fibrinogen levels by 12.2–17.1%. In patients with moderate climacteric syndrome, the best results were achieved when using a complex with a full set of all these factors: an increase in INR levels by 5.1%, a decrease in fibrinogen levels by 16.3%.

Conclusion. Multimodal programs including physical therapy improve hemostasis. For moderate climacteric disorders, the priority is a program with the simultaneous use of vibration therapy, chromotherapy, melotherapy, aromatherapy and aeroion therapy.
