Annotation:

Based on a clinical study, the effectiveness of recombinant interferon alpha-2b (IFN-α2b) with the antioxidants alpha-tocopherol acetate and ascorbic acid in patients with recurrent herpes simplex was assessed. An individual approach to the administration of recombinant IFN-α2b in combination with antioxidants in doses of 1,000,000 IU, 2,000,000 IU, 3,000,000 IU is proposed, depending on the frequency of exacerbations of herpes simplex.
