Ectopic pregnancy is a nosology, the main treatment for which is surgery, which reduces the quality of life of women, leading to complications, in particular the development of adhesive pelvioperitonitis.

Purpose of the study: to study the effectiveness of the use of the drug Longidaza® in the rehabilitation of patients after surgical interventions for ectopic pregnancy.

Material and methods. The study included 32 patients who underwent surgical treatment for ectopic pregnancy. The participants were divided into two groups. The first group - 17 people who underwent complex treatment with the prescription of Longidaza® in vaginal suppositories 3000 IU from the first postoperative day once every two days, course No. 10, then one suppository once every 5 days (the total duration of taking the drug was 3 month). The second group included 15 people who received complex treatment without the use of Longidaza®. The patients were observed for 6 months. The effectiveness of treatment was determined by the dynamics of diagnostic criteria (clinical and laboratory), the results of ultrasound examination

examination of the pelvic organs using color mapping.

Results. Patients of the first group who received complex therapy with Longidase showed positive dynamics: secretory and menstrual functions were restored faster, and a decrease in the adhesive process in the pelvis was observed, according to ultrasound data. In patients of the second group (without the use of Longidaza®), rehabilitation indicators did not have statistically significant changes. Rehabilitation of patients after ectopic pregnancy using the drug Longidaza® reduces the risk of adhesions and improves the quality of life of women.

Conclusion. The study allows us to recommend the use of the drug Longidaza® at the earliest stage of treatment, preferably from the first day of the postoperative period, after an ectopic pregnancy, to increase the clinical effectiveness of complex therapy and rehabilitation of women in connection with its pharmacoeffects (anti-inflammatory, antifibrotic, antioxidant). The dosage form of the drug Longidaza® - suppositories provides local use in women, which determines the effectiveness of the drug due to the characteristics of the blood supply to the pelvic organs. The drug Longidaza® makes it possible to increase the effectiveness of treatment and rehabilitation of patients after ectopic pregnancy and is recommended by us for addition to basic therapy at the early stage of the postoperative period.
