Annotation:

Anxiety is a common comorbid condition in various neurological diseases. The presence of concomitant anxiety spectrum disorders significantly reduces the quality of life of patients and their social activity. The article discusses approaches to the treatment of anxiety syndrome in patients with autonomic disorders, headaches and chronic cerebral ischemia. The results of clinical studies of the use of the drug Adaptol in these pathological conditions are presented.
