Annotation:
The article discusses the definition and pathogenesis of cervicogenic headache, the principles of its diagnosis and selection of therapy. Modern diagnostic criteria for cervicocranialgia are presented. Issues of local and systemic pharmacotherapy are covered based on the pathophysiological mechanisms of pain, as well as taking into account the safety profile of therapy.
