Annotation:
This review presents individual historical stages in the development of assisted reproductive technologies, analyzes the results of scientific research in recent years regarding obstetric problems in pregnant women after in vitro fertilization using both their own and donor oocytes. Particular attention is paid to the peculiarities of pregnancy and childbirth in surrogate mothers.
