Annotation:

The steady increase in the incidence of cervical cancer (CC), high mortality rates, the tendency towards “rejuvenation” of the disease, and difficulties in identifying the disease at an early stage predetermine the search for new scientifically based approaches to solving the problem of cervical cancer. A promising direction for the prevention of HPV-associated diseases (anogenital condylomas, cervical precancer, cervical, vulvar and vaginal cancer) is preventive vaccination, since the decisive role of HPV infection in the processes of carcinogenesis has been established.

The purpose of the study is to evaluate the results of a vaccine program aimed against HPV-associated diseases conducted in the Moscow region.

Conclusion. The experience accumulated in the region in vaccine prevention of HPV-associated diseases confirms the high level of its effectiveness and safety.
