Annotation:

The article presents the current state of the problem of neonatal alloimmune thrombocytopenia (NAT). The concept of NAT is defined as the destruction of fetal platelets by antibodies of maternal origin as a result of the presence of antigen-1a on fetal platelets in the absence of such in the mother. From a modern perspective, the pathogenesis of the disease, methods of its early diagnosis and medical tactics are covered.
